A good apartment located 5 minutes walk from the sea. The apartment is available for move-in from November 24-26. It is located near a vegetable shop, mms, alpha-sigma, and berezka. The apartment has all the necessary utensils (pans, pots, etc.), warm blankets, and pillows. There are 2 air conditioners (living room + bedroom). The apartment has a parking space. The neighbors are good and adequate (Russian-speaking on our floor). Fiber optic is laid (you can connect cyta or cable net). The stove is electric.
